1. General Policy

All mobile recharge transactions processed through www.nirapay.in are final once successfully completed. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for recharges that have already been successfully processed to the operator. Users are therefore advised to check all details carefully before confirming payment.

2. Refunds for Failed Transactions

If a recharge transaction fails but the payment amount is debited from your account, the amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment source. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days depending on your bank, wallet, or payment service provider.

In case the refund is not credited within the expected timeframe, users may contact us via support@nirapay.in with the following details:

- Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number

- Registered Mobile Number

- Payment Method (Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)

- Date and Time of Transaction

3. Successful Transactions

Once a recharge has been successfully processed and confirmed by the telecom operator, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances. Nirapay acts as an intermediary platform and cannot reverse transactions completed with operators.

4. Double Payments

If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same transaction, the extra amount (if not utilized for recharge) will be refunded after proper verification within 2 working days. Users must provide complete proof of duplicate charges to initiate the process.

5. Processing Time

Refunds for eligible failed or duplicate transactions are processed within 2 to 3 working days. However, in some cases, depending on banking networks or payment gateways, it may take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

6. Mode of Refund

All refunds are credited only to the original source of payment used during the transaction. For example, if you paid via credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. We do not issue cash or alternative refunds.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

- Incorrect mobile number entered by the user during recharge.

- Operator plan or tariff errors not caused by www.nirapay.in.

- Delay in recharge confirmation due to temporary network issues.

- Any error resulting from user’s internet connectivity or payment failure beyond our control.

8. Cancellation Policy

Since recharge transactions are processed instantly upon payment confirmation, we do not offer cancellation once a recharge request has been submitted. Please review all details before proceeding with payment.

9. Transaction Verification

In certain cases, we may require users to provide additional verification such as screenshot, transaction ID, or bank statement for refund validation. This is to ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent refund claims.
